Are you looking for comfortable living in a quiet location near the center? You can expect the sunny and spacious rooms with internet .  A washing machine and a fridge are available. You have a short distance to Lužánek, which is an ideal choice for sports or relaxation. There are also cozy cafes, wine bars and restaurants nearby. As for transport, the public transport stop is a few minutes from the apartment.

If you want to have privacy and live alone, you can rent the entire room separately. Or do you want to live with a bunch of friends? We also offer an apartment with a capacity of 7 people. Mendel University is a 5-minute walk from here.

Rent: 7.495,-CZK/place, or the price for whole room is 2 x 7.495,- CZK.

The price includes rent, deposit for energy, WIFI internet.
