We would like to offer furnished private, bright single room(30m²) in apartment (2+1) in Prague 4 Nusle, Žateckých street  with beautiful terase. It is on the 4th floor without elevator.  This room is ideal solution for students, or young working professionals. The location is great specially for those, who like peace and at the same time to be close to all corners of the city center. In the place you will find all civic amenities – pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets etc. It’s a short walk to the shops, sports activities and public transport. The room has a one bed, table with a chairs, dresser and wardrobe.  The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and shower corner. The washing machine is available in the house.

The shared kitchen area has a stove, microwave, fridge and kettle.

The rental agreement is concluded for a period of 6 months with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement.
