The accommodation is located in a beautiful historic villa from 1908. The house has a large reception hall. The location is great specially for those, who like peace and at the same time to be close to all corners of the city center. The rental agreement is concluded for a period of 6 months with the possibility of extension.
You can make use of the shared fully equipped common kitchen and shared bathroom and toilets. (There are 7 private single rooms on the floor, 1 shower, 2 toilets).

Furnishing: wardrobe with the coat hangers, bathroom has shower corrner. Main room is equipped with a single or double bed with mattrace, small dining table with 1- 2 chairs. Upon request it is possible to offer one more single bed to offer double-occupency. Kitchen corner is equipped with the fridge, microwave oven, boiling cattle and electric stove.

Conditions: Those are non-smoking building and the owner prefers tenants without pets. There is zero noise tolerance at the apartment building.
