This room is ideal solution for students, or young professionals. The room has a two beds, a working table with a chairs, and a wardrobe. Bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and shower corner.
The shared kitchen area has a stove, fridge, washing machine, microwave, dining table with chairs.The rental agreement is concluded for a period of 6, or 12 months with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement. Available from 20.8.2025
Rent: 11,000 CZK + 2,000 CZK energy fees and internet. The refundable deposit: 13,000,- CZK.
