Separate room with a dressing room accessible from the room with a total area of 25 m² (This is a 20 m² room and an adjoining small room 5 m² with a window) in Prague’s Vinohrady district in a beautiful and spacious 110 m² apartment with a large hall and high ceilings. The room is unfurnished, or according agreement. The apartment has all the usual equipment (dishwasher, stove, microwave, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, WI FI, kitchen utensils..) The room can be furnished or by agreement. Cleaning of common areas is provided for 300 CZK per person per month. There is another young girl roommate living in the apartment besides me. Near Riegrovy sady and the Jiřího z Poděbrad metro station. Available immediately. The price is 16,000 CZK per month in case of one person. The deposit is one payment.
