Room in Apartment (2+1) in Slezská Ostrava

We offer to rent the whole room for 1 person, or a bed in a shared room for 2 people in a student residence. Fully equipped and spacious apartments are located in Ostrava Poruba near the bus station. The location is great specially for those, who like peace and at the same time to be close to all corners of the city center. Each apartment has common spaces in the form of a common room with a kitchen, hallway, bathroom and sanitary facilities. Ideal for students or young professionals. Wi – fi free.
Bathroom: shower, WC, washing machine.
Kitchen: fridge, dining table, microwave, cooker and kettle.
Room: bed, wardrobe/dresser, desk with chairs and hanger.
For relax, you can use the shared garden or sports komplex.

There are two types of rooms available:

Smaller room:
Private room for 1 person: 8.000 CZK/month. The refundable deposit: 8.000 CZK
A bed in a double bedroom from 5.000 CZK / month. The refundable deposit: 10.000 CZK/5.000 CZK /person

Larger room:
Private room for 1 person: 8.500 CZK/month. The refundable deposit: 8.500 CZK
A bed in a double bedroom from 5.200 CZK / month. The refundable deposit: 10.400 CZK/5.200 CZK /person
