Student Residence – quality living in a modern style, close to the city centre

The residence is located in the Vršovice district of Prague. There is a Bohemians tram stop near the residence, from where many tram lines go. You can get to the center of Prague easily and quickly, the road will take 15 minutes.

Accommodation. Double and quadruple (2 + 2) rooms is possible. You can choose the single room, or shared accommodation. The rooms have new modern furniture. There is a cafe, laundry, a student club, and a gym in the residence building.

Room furniture. The rooms are furnished with modern high-quality equipment: all the necessary furniture, bathroom, refrigerator, Internet access.

There are a kitchen and a balcony on each floor, the house is equipped with an elevator and a fire safety system. The reception works around the clock.
