We offer fully furnished private and cozy room (13m²) near the tram station Komarov. The accommodation is located in a beautiful, private house. This room is ideal solution for students, or young professionals.

The room has two beds, table with chairs, dresser and small fridge.

The is bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet and shower corner. Next to the bathroom there is another separate toilet. The shared kitchen area has a stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Shared kitchen, bathroom with toilets and separate toilet are available for three rooms.

It’s a short walk to the grocery store, public transport, sports activities, pharmacy and pizzeria.

Rent: 16,000 CZK with energy fees and internet. The refundable deposit: 16.000,- CZK.
